Amit Mishra has become a 2010 consistent wicket-taker who’s impressed?fans along with his impressive performances. Currently, he represents Delhi Daredevils (DD) from the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament. Below, Amit decodes his fitness and eating habits.

Amit Mishra follows his fitness routine religiously with his fantastic goal should be to play for the country for next 4-5 years. “I do my lifting weights which supports me on to the floor.? So, it isn’t just about building muscles. I’m improving my agility, speed and strengthening my core, back, shoulders and hamstring. We do muscle activation exercises in my back, core and shoulders. I work in this little glutes also. Because,? after the certain age one has to take extra care of his physical well-being. I persist in changing my fitness routine i do power training.”
He adds, “Now, I have to travel in my IPL matches, and so i do recovery sessions like ice bath and pool sessions. It is just like a stress-buster to me when my muscles have a tendency to become stiff. After every match, ice bath is vital for me. I never miss getting it refreshes me. I concentrate on muscle activation exercises ever since i am playing repeatedly matches. In order that I would not feel fatigued and my trainer helps me for similar. I truly do two strength sessions of two makes its presence felt weekly.”

My eating habits are cleaner and healthy. “I am a pure vegetarian. And so i adhere to a low-carb in addition to a gluten-free diet. In the morning I consume proteins. I eat dry food during the night which can be with no rice and roti.? Also, I try and eat carbs each morning because it generates for me that much-needed energy. We’ve my dinner early. On Sundays, I cheat in my small diet by consuming a roti or rajma chawal. I avoid eating sugar in any form, goodies, burger or maybe a pizza. I count my calories we don’t overload. I am not an event person. If perhaps, I can head out, I drink juices and go for paneer, soya chaaps, broccoli and a lot of other vegetables.”
