The best part? You can perform these moves whenever and wherever you would like. With a few creative workout gear (think a dish towel, or cans of soup!) working out needn’t be an inconvenience or need a trip to a gym.
In this 60-second video, Austin shows how you can do three ab exercises using one household item: a pillow. Once you’ve grabbed yours in the bed, it’s time to show up the burn. Try these moves for 20 seconds each (or longer!) whether you’re both at home and inside a accommodation, and you’re certain to feel more energized than you probably did before.
Place a pillow or cushion between your thighs and lay out on the floor together with your knees bent. Sit up and raise your heels off the ground, tapping your ankles together with your fingers. Repeat this movement for 20 seconds.
Place the cushion underneath you to support your back and lift your legs upright. Once your legs reach 90 degrees, raise your hips off the floor. Continue doing this movement for 25 seconds.
Start with your back and feet lifted 6 inches started, holding the cushion involving the hands. Lift the cushion too deep as you bring the knees into a tuck position; then bring the cushion down while you extend your legs towards the start position. Continue doing this movement for 20 seconds.
