Step 1.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2.
Place muffin pans into a 24-pan mini muffin tray. Combine all dry ingredients from a mixing bowl.
Step 3.
In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vanilla flavor, mashed pumpkin, coconut milk and coconut oil.
Step 4.
Add the dry ingredients with the banana mixture and blend to combine.
Step 5.
Spoon the batter to the muffin pans and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer is inserted in the middle of the muffins and hits theaters clean.
Step 6.
Top muffins with coconut/greek yoghurt and strawberry coulis.

Step 1.
Combine everything except the berries from a food processor until coarse and slightly sticky. Get a little water to achieve the mixture with a wetter consistency therefore, the chia seeds can stick to it.
Step 2.
Take a bit of the mixture, place a berry inside the, and form suitable 2.5cm ball. Roll the ball inside the LSA or chia to coat. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 3.
Place the fruit balls from the refrigerator that will put. Store during an airtight container from the fridge and eat when desired.
