The hardest task were to control my sweet tooth as I could gobble up an entire tin of gulab jamuns?at one go! I curbed this we are not almonds dipped in home-made, sugar-free chocolate cream. I used to eat pizzas with my children but had salad quietly. I ended eating all confectionery, cakes, refined flour since i was highly motivated to lose weight.

I did many research on the web and thought we would continue with the basics of Atkins Diet (low carb, high protein). Reducing carbs to 30-40g, cutting all sugars including dairy and fruits for a couple of months brought my weight to 78 kg that meant I became lighter by 20 kg in 2 months’ time. I picture this my biggest achievement till date in your life. My meals had a lot of green veggies, eggs and fish. For 2 months, I quit grains, dairy and fruits.

Why I call my losing weight my biggest achievement is simply because I did so everything by myself, without the assistance of any dietician or fitness instructor. Internet was my best buddy.

What workout goals do you know of now?

I didn’t yet reached come about since i ought to lose several kilos more to the. I wish to be 60 kg. I can jog but this time I would like to run!

My losing weight journey has educated me in to just accept bitter realities of life and rather then living in denial, commit to changing.
