Below are a few healthy recipes for refreshing summer drinks.

Badam elaichi shake

Ingredients
Milk C 3 cups
Almonds (peeled and chopped) C ? cup
Honey C 1table spoon
Cardamom powder C ? tsp
Saffron C 5 strands
Vanilla soft serve C 2 scoops (optional)

Method
Mix the milk, almonds, honey, coriander powder, saffron and vanilla frozen goodies.
Blend these ingredients in a very blender.
Froth it down and serve chilled. Garnish it with almond flakes

Orange green tea

Ingredients
150 ml green tea extract chilled
20 ml maple syrup
20 ml homemade ginger syrup
15ml lime juice
1 lime wedge
2 slices fresh ginger
2 slices Malta orange
1 pinch salt

Method
Please take a Boston Shaker and muddle 2 slices of orange and ginger together.
Add homemade ginger syrup.
And shake it and double strain to a tall glass.
Fill the glass with ice and add maple syrup and green tea leaf and stir.

Almond and soya milk smoothie

Ingredients
Almond Flakes C 100 g
Soya milk C 750 ml
Honey C 150 g
Whole almonds C 350 g
Banana C 200 g

Method
In a very mixer jar, take whole almonds after taking out the skin. Add soya milk, honey and banana inside.
Blend it well and garnish with roasted almonds flakes.

Ginger soda

Ingredients
Ginger pure 1/2 tbsp
Pure maple syrup 1 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp
Black salt A pinch
Soda 250 ml
Ice cubes

Method
Muddle ginger, lemon, pure maple syrup or make pure.
Top it with soda and ice.
