Stand tall with feet together and a dumbbell or kettlebell in right hand at thigh and left arm to side for balance. Hinge at hips, lowering torso until almost parallel to floor as you lift right leg behind you, toes facing down. The load should travel straight down in front of right leg. Go back to start and repeat. Strive for 2C3 sets of 8C10 reps per leg, three times per week.
