Ingredients
? 3-4 large or 5-6 small zucchini
? 1 teaspoon olive oil
? 3 cloves garlic crushed or minced
For the avocado sauce:
? 2 ripe avocados pitted, and peeled
? large few cilantro about ? cup loosely packed
? 2 tablespoon lemon juice
? 2 tablespoons olive oil
? ? teaspoon salt as well as to taste
? ? teaspoon black pepper
? water as needed
Method
1. Slice the ends within your zucchini off. Try a spiralizer in making your zucchini noodles. Heat a considerable pan over high temperature. Add 1 teaspoon organic olive oil to pan adding crushed garlic. Cook garlic for one matter of moments or until it turns golden.
