Brain Awareness Week: Cholesterol, high blood pressure key to brain health


There’s truth within the old adage, “healthy body, healthy mind”.

The lifestyle choices we make when we’re younger can help you stave off dementia once grow old, reveal two studies through a landmark 20-year Melbourne research project.

It turns out the main element lies in keeping our cholesterol and bp under control – things we are sure about are vital for wellness.
